2011 年十一月份, 印美鈔的十二家美國聯邦儲備銀行( the Federal Reserve Banks) , 包括國際債務處理銀行BIS ( the Bank for International Settlements) 於被138 個國家聯合控告 “ 詐欺與搶奪黃金”, 此一組織之主要代表為印度尼西亞總統 President Soekarno. 85% 黃金屬於亞洲國家所有!
上訴法院: 美國紐約市南區法院

今年四月 --- Arrest warrants ( 賠償執行或接受逮捕令) 已經發出, 而且追討賠償金額對象增加了G7 國家之中央銀行 --- 其實都是美國聯邦儲備銀行之分支單位 -- 歐洲中央銀行( the European Central Banks), 國際債務處理銀行BIS, 德國Germany, 法國France, 荷蘭Netherlands, 比利時 Belgium, 意大利Italy 和 日本Japan.
印度尼西亞總統President Soekarno of Indonesia 擁有合法歷史權力來追討黃金所有權由於85% 黃金屬於亞洲國家所有! 此權力在1948 年依照聯合國法令 (UN Resolution MISA 81704, Operation Heavy Freedom) 生效.
Soekarno 被指定為監護人 M1, (Monetary Controller). 而目前賬戶權力所有人為 Neil F. Keenan and Keith F. Scott 代表138 國家的聯合賬戶(the Global Collateral Accounts) 處理此次訴訟案件.
目前此 ' 黃金留置權償還, 賠償執行令' 是依照非常複雜的 ' 國際海事法'(the Admiralty Law system) , 進行.
由於詐欺與侵占證據確鑿, 所以五角大廈與美國軍警武力會以此基礎進行相關銀行人員與官員的大逮補. --- 此事主流媒體在過一段時間後會報導. 目前是由五角大廈派出一位退役老兵Drake 在網絡上非正式發布訊息. ( 注: 軍人入伍的宣誓是效忠國家而非邪惡商人與政客.)
這筆黃金數量: 2,420,937.4 公噸metric tons. That's two million, 420 thousand, 937.4 tons of gold.
加上積欠的4% 利息從1961 到2012 共為 4,638,791,996 公斤kilograms of pure gold.
目前追討金額 --- 五十兆美金!

RL 注--- 此行動能發展至今, 能夠追討並合法逮捕邪惡人士全是因為 ' 銀河聯邦' 的協助 --- 不但控制住了 “ 核子大戰” “ 第三次世界大戰”” 全球經濟崩潰” 的數次陰謀, 而且以合法圍堵方式讓 “ 銀行們” 自食其果. 目前大部份國際銀行處於破產狀況, 而且即將全面垮台. --- 所搶奪金錢會歸還給全球人民, 徹底解決貧窮問題與地球政治經濟以及其它制度的改造!
