In this regard, the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center has made a reply according to the current policy. If the commercial loan is converted to provident fund loan and the house is located in the urban administrative area, the borrower needs to raise funds to repay the bank housing loan in a lump sum. Within three months after the bank loan is settled, the borrower shall obtain the original Real Estate Ownership Certificate of the house, and can apply only if it meets the basic conditions of provident fund loan.
Loan conditions: 1. Have full civil capacity and legal and valid identity documents; 2. Pay the housing provident fund in full for more than 6 consecutive months (inclusive). 3. Have a stable career and economic income, and the ability to repay the loan principal and interest on time; 4. Good credit status; 5. The provident fund loan of the borrower and the co borrower has been paid off or has not occurred; 6. The house used for mortgage of bank housing loan has obtained the Real Estate Ownership Certificate; 7. The borrower needs to raise funds to pay off the bank housing loan in a lump sum within three months after the bank loan is settled.
