九一年第一次越洋直播日本盃，還記得是史提芬策騎「金鳳凰」取勝，但○八年馬場依舊，JRA人面已全非，當日紆尊降貴與我這個少輩飲酒談笑風生的大久保及稻田兩位先生，如今已引退，只剩下來自美國的國際部經理(退休後重新獲聘為顧問)布夫三世，還記得我這個老兵。布夫三世早已落籍日本，不再回鄉了。
一樣的轉播室，但已缺了鄰座的澳洲第一評述員拜仁馬田，我是在九一年認識他的，二人互比功力(因在鄰座直播無隔音，二人都要集中精神不被對方影響，一講完後大家是互相握手)。拜仁馬田已退休掛咪，目前是管理「精英大師」所在地Living Legends的董事。
拜仁馬田講過廿一屆墨爾本盃，我剛完成了第十八次。至於香港國際賽我是在九○年第一次踏入廣播室(港台)，評述走位則由二千年開始，今年已是第九年，香港拍賣會則由第一屆起到現在，不由自己不認老了。

The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
