今天的議會，似乎已經被惡霸主導，一時掟蕉、一時反抬、一時爆粗，懶理什麼議事規則，懶理什麼不良影響，老爺做完大戲，斯斯然去嘆茶。你趕，他大條道理；你不趕，他就自動消失，人工就照𢭃，眾眾官，眾眾員，就成了他們洩慾工具。

過往的潑婦劉惠卿，今天变得束手無策，只得兜來兜去，仍蓋不住她的無能；民主派說什麼聲明，想罵又唔敢罵，愈顯得縮頭烏龜；扮斯文的公民黨，以為漁人得利，最終變成小丑。民建聯想趁勢除魔，只可惜畫虎不成反累犬。

懇告各位專貴議員，不要說為廣大市民那麼偉大，老鼠從來就不信的，為自己及黨的前途及利益想想，不要讓這些水鬼成隍，終有一天，你們想說什麼、做什麼，先要請示這班契大佬。
