2006 Hess Cabernet Sauvignon, California （Park'n 原價$129，特價 $85）

這支紅酒感覺上和我經常推薦給朋友（我的朋友都是葡萄酒初哥，我大可「識小小，扮代表」，哈哈！）的Gracia de Chile Lenga Cabernet Sauvignon，在香氣和口感上十分接近。它由Mendocino, Lake, Napa County採集的Cabernet Sauvignon混雜釀造而成，有濃厚的果實和咖啡的氣味，酸度適中，很易入口，和前喝過價錢相約的Concha y Toro Trio，可以說是不相百仲，都是近期值得推介的葡萄酒！

According to Wine Enthusiast: "A very nice, elegant and clean Cab that shows plenty of coastal climate balance. Fully dry, it has oak-accented flavors of blackberries, currants, mocha and spice. Good buy at this fair price." (02/09)

Winemaker Notes：We use traditional artisan techniques, such as small open and closed-top fermenters and a combination of punch down and sprinkling over for gentle extraction of color, flavor and tannins. The wine was allowed to cold soak for 48 hours and spent an average of 14 to 21 days fermenting on the grape skins to develop deep flavors and color. The finished blend was barrel aged 12-13 months in 25 percent new French oak. We harvest our grapes by flavor, not grape sugar level, because we are looking for a specific fruit profile and tannin ripeness.

對這支Hess Cabernet Sauvignon來說，特價$85元是一個十分吸引價錢。但如果回復原價$129，我只會考慮近期至愛E. Guigal Côtes du Rhône！
