近期喝過比較滿意的紅酒，其中一支是Wolf Blass的President's ｓ ｅｌｅｃｔion，所以買酒的時候，都多了留意來自澳洲的紅酒。

一般的日子，晚飯喝的都是一百元以下的葡萄酒。這支McWilliam的Cabernet Sauvignon有足夠的酸度，配合食物一起喝是很好的選擇，酒本身是一貫的新世界的風格，果味十足，好飲易喝，而且又是我喜歡的Cabernet Sauvignon！

All the grapes were fermented in a variation of static, open top and rotary fermenters, with pumping over or heading down up to eight times daily, to provide a complexity of flavours to the finished wine. A quarter of the wine was extended macerated on skins for three weeks to provide added length. A portion of the wine finished fermentation in American and French oak and was matured in oak for up to nine months.
