Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong House Wine Awards
在剛舉行的第9屆香港餐飲展中設有一個《Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong House Wine Awards 2011》。參賽的餐酒將會分別以紅酒、白酒、汽酒三個類別作出評選,最優秀的餐酒將會獲得根據國際標準葡萄酒比賽的準則,頒發的金、銀、銅獎。
一枝House Wine背後有很多其被選用的故事,餐廳經營者應該為最能夠代表它們的House Wine而感到驕傲。當餐廳客人在看著酒牌時沒有什麼頭穗,House Wine常常成為他們的最佳選擇。美酒需要與佳餚配合,若然食物是來自其它地方,餐酒的配合便更加重要了。挑選House Wine的秘密是從餐酒的整體吸引力、經濟價值、及名氣提升的潛力去評價餐酒。當餐酒具備這三項條件,定能為客人帶來驚喜。
