夢圓了。我自己也想不到在澳洲第一場一級錦標，居然是經典大賽，比打比還要早的橡樹錦標。
說真的，你問我二零一三年在紐西蘭加拉卡拍賣會只以九萬紐元購入當時仍是周歲的「快如疾風」時，會否想像到牠日後能贏橡樹大賽？我會回答︰「發夢駛唔駛咁早呀？」
其實若能參加到澳洲橡樹，已是澳紐兩地一年一萬幾千匹雌馬中最好的十匹，不少佳駟未夠長力，不少未熟，不少部署不恰當，就算好馬也未能上陣。就算出到賽，一場天雨也會影響機會，「雷神女士」就是最佳例子。
澳洲橡樹是「雷神女士」的目標，而「快如疾風」起初連名也無報(還未上名)，而「雷神女士」是跟足傳統大賽部署，先熱身，更在另一場一級賽葡萄園錦標入位，橡樹大賽是以巔峰狀態出戰，但一場大雨，令不擅水戰的牠舉步維艱。
兩駒如今都一齊休息，以春季墨爾本大賽為目標，但是共同進退抑或兵分兩路，現時言之過早，卻不排除日後來港挑戰國際賽！
