A股化下的「放亂收死」

要面對A股化的改變，坊間有句很好的話說，就是「看年報不如看《人民日報》」，因為A股化主要看政策市，重點是在於聽消息，看政策的走向，而並非看公司得基本因素。這對於生活在香港的人，確是有一定的難度，特別是「讀番書」的基金經理；但除非你對港股已決定「及早離去」，否則請開始重新學習，多閱讀內地報章和評論，增加自己在內地的朋友網絡，擴闊收消息的渠道等。
必須做好心理準備
分析內地的政策，有四個最重要的字，就是「放、亂、收、死」，即是「一放就亂，一亂就收，一收就死，一死就放」。這是中國特色的奇怪循環系統︰當經濟及投資氣氛開始見「死」的狀態，例如經濟增速放緩、企業盈利下跌，阿爺就會進入「放」的階段，推出一些放鬆的救市措施；但當放起來之後，就會變成「亂」，股市瀰漫非理性的亢奮，阿爺就會把冰水倒進市場來「收」，結果又回到「死」的狀態。
這個「放亂收死」的循環系統，有數以年計大循環，亦有短至數天小循環；如在4月17日，中證監可能覺得兩融有點「亂」，收市後出了七規範來「收」，就立刻把當晚股市期貨市場搞「死」，於是人行到了周末，就下調存款準備金來「放」，整個循環兩三天就做完了，真厲害！
在A股化之下，「放亂收死」是必然的循環，估計目前股市的亢奮，阿爺在下半年倒一盤大冰水來「收一收」，應是大概率的事。這對於各位股民來說，請做好心理準備。
