梁家俊今季去了英國學藝，還記得去年同期他在澳洲過暑假，上半段得到白德民及Darley陣營支持，在鶴斯百里贏馬，而在八月初過後我亦在不同馬場如溫爾、鶴斯百里、蘭域及東奔等提供過如「好好境」、「高山遠景」等四五匹座騎給他爭取不同場地經驗。
今季來澳洲的是楊明綸，有「師公」大衛希斯支持之餘，今天他亦會在墨爾本城市馬場沙丘園策騎我們旗下的Championmet上陣。希斯上季在墨爾本龍虎榜排行第三，也贏過澳洲盃，新靈犀牧場已全面順暢地運作，今季挑戰墨爾本寶座大有實力。其外甥戴寶力實而不華，還有整個賽事策劃團隊，數十年來，世界各地練馬單位的成功，都不是單靠練馬師——練馬師工作是練馬，有成功賽事團隊部署適合賽事，找適當騎師及安排行程，其實也十分重要！
香港練馬制度不同，副練及以下馬房員工，全是馬會僱員，受馬會調配；馬場也只是兩個，運馬也由馬會負責，練馬師的工作，實在與外國截然不同呢！

One can ascertain that one will achieve some kind of relative response depending on how co incidental the responsive data is to the attention. If the optimal supportive motivation is relative to the foundation (wether valid or not) a supportive return will follow.
Accuracy is the issue. This is an hypothetical deduction (not quite as comprehensive as educational requirements are about here in North America) but by any of the individuals motive intelligence. The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
