周末與證券界朋友閒聊到周五我說有關Uber的文章，證券界朋友提到Uber計畫明年公開招股上市，這個消息無巧不成話被香港報章在周日確認。
這個所謂交易平台表面上像某博彩交易平台一樣，說只是平台而不參與營運，而根據周日某報公布，Uber預計今年「訂單」超過一百億美元，也吸引到內地壽險及保險公司入股。這場部份司機並無營業執照或保險的可能犯法生意，真正要多謝這些Noise呢！
香港部份泛民人士或所謂公義之士，完全不知就裏地為Uber免費宣傳及推波助瀾，但這幾天來卻在網上噤若寒蟬。點解？一來Uber截止今日在港業務仍有機會觸犯香港法律，也有司機被捕，而最重要的是歐洲大國如法、荷及西班牙都指Uber非法經營。
部分朋友不明就裡一窩蜂地以為自己「懶」有公義，但實情就是幫了可能犯法人士搵大錢，他們抽佣事少，罰款事少，吹大了他們的估值及將來股價，才是最唔抵呢！
