         Two months ago, I wrote that Dominic Lee Tsz-king of the Liberal Party manipulated police crime figures in a racist way to fool people into believing that asylum-seekers committed most of the rapes and murders in Hong Kong. Last week, his group, the Alliance Demanding Repatriation of Refugees, did something even more racist. It racially insulted the head of the Professional Teachers' Union, Fung Ka-keung, who had helped raise money for the annual June 4 protest march. Lee Tsz-king's group put a picture of Fung Ka-keung on facebook insulting him as a South Asian servant of the June 4 protest march organizers. Fung Ka-keung is a Chinese with a beard and tanned (light brown) skin from being in the sun too long.

        　　Lee Tsz-king's supporters?manipulated?Fung Ka-keung's?tanned?skin to racially insult him and South Asians. The word “manipulate” used this way means to misrepresent or to use things, such as figures, in a dishonest way to mislead people. Lee Tsz-king?manipulated?police figures with political posters that said asylum-seekers committed 3,800 rapes, murders and other crimes. The fact is of the 116 people arrested for murder between 2013 and 2015 only one was non-Chinese. Of the 257 people arrested for rape during this period only nine were non-Chinese. Lee Tsz-king resigned as convenor of the Alliance Demanding Repatriation of Refugees after it racially insulted Fung Ka-keung. He is a coward. As head of the group, he should take responsibility. His followers played the racial card only after he played it by manipulating police figures to blame asylum-seekers for rapes and murders.

        　　Lee Tsz-king intends to be a candidate in the New Territories East constituency in this September’s Legislative Council elections. He is a blockhead (idiot) if he thinks playing the race card against South Asians will help him win. Voters in NT East are angry about the large crowds of mainlanders who have ruined their district. Asylum-seekers have not ruined their district. If Lee Tsz-king wants to win in NT East he should criticize mainlanders like the localists have done. But he won’t dare. That’s why pan-democrats call establishment camp politicians shoe shiners.

        兩個月前，我寫到自由黨的李梓敬以種族主義的手法，操弄（manipulated）警方的罪案數據愚弄公眾，讓他們誤以為難民犯下了香港大部份的強暴及謀殺罪行。上星期，他的團體「要求遣返難民大聯盟」，做了一些更加種族歧視的事。它以種族歧視的口吻侮辱了教協總幹事馮家強，他剛為一年一度的六四示威遊行協助籌款。李梓敬的團體將馮家強的照片放上臉書，辱罵他是六四示威遊行搞手的南亞助手。馮家強是華裔人士，只是留了鬚，有着因日曬而成的棕色（tanned）皮膚。

        　　李梓敬的支持者歪曲（manipulated）馮家強曬黑了（tanned）的膚色，種族歧視的侮辱他和南亞裔人士。Manipulate在這裏解作扭曲或是不誠實地使用如數據之類的事物，去誤導他人。李梓敬在政治橫額上操弄（manipulated）警方數據，說難民犯下了三千八百宗強暴、謀殺和其他罪行。事實是，二○一三至二○一五年間，因謀殺罪而被捕的一百一十六人中，只有一位是非華裔；而同期因強暴罪而被捕的二百五十七人中，只有九人是非華裔。「要求遣返難民大聯盟」種族歧視的侮辱馮家強後，李梓敬便辭任了該團體的召集人。他真是個懦夫。身為團體的頭目，他好應負起責任。他的追隨者使出種族主義的招數，全因他以同樣手段，操弄了（manipulated）警方的數據，將強暴和謀殺罪行歸咎於難民。

        　　李梓敬計劃今年九月的立法會選舉中，出選新界東選區。若他以為打着「種族」的牌，可以助他贏出選舉，他便是個傻瓜（blockhead）。新界東的選民惱怒於大群大群的內地人，一直在摧毁他們的社區。若他想在新界東勝出，他應該像本土派那樣，批評內地人。但他又不敢。因此泛民才會叫建制派政客做擦鞋仔吧。
