This specialist kits – a bundle of donated by animal lovers and big-hearted businesses - are created to fit an animal's sinuses and allow enhanced breathable air flow.

They can provide emergency nurture ponies, calves and even reptiles in addition to cats and dogs.

Roddie Keith, the Scottish Fire and also Rescue Service (SFRS) Local Senior Officer to the City of Glasgow, stated: "The number one priority for firefighters is usually to save all life and you'll find seen on too several occasions the huge impact loosing a beloved pet can offer.

Since 2016, the SFRS has worked in partnership with not-for-profit group Smokey Paws.
