2007 MONTGRAS Quatro

2007 MONTGRAS Quatro, Chile (Park'n $119, 特價 $108)

以前喝Montgras的Cabernet Sauvignon，感覺酒精味太重，本來就沒打算在再試Montgras的葡萄酒，但無意中發現這支2007 MONTGRAS Quatro Reserva在日本的葡萄酒比賽贏得金獎，覺得一試無妨。

開瓶後嗅不到任何酒精味，大約十五分鐘後，開始聞到Vanilla和水果的氣味，特別是那Vanilla味，歷久不散。入口開始時有點辛辣，但這種感覺後快散去，隨之而來的是柔滑妨如絲般質感。是值得一試再試的好酒！

Winemaker's notes:

A blend of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Malbec, 25% Syrah and 15% Carménère.

Deep ruby, shading to purple. Black currant, cherries, leather and capsicum; hints of vanilla and fresh-roasted coffee on the nose. Flavorful, full bodied, food-friendly with a good balance between acidity and sweetness of alcohol, as well as fruit and oak. Well-structured and complex, concluding in a long finish.

Well-matched with red meats, hearty casseroles and flavorful cheeses.

後記：

如果在家中飲酒，我通常都要兩三日才喝完一支葡萄酒，這次也不例外，所以發現這支MONTGRAS Quatro的香氣在一日後減弱了很多，在第三日已無影無蹤，是比較失色的地方。
