紅十字會譴責未經批准使用其會徽，偷運美國物資到委內瑞拉
最大的國際救援組織要求在委內瑞拉和哥倫比亞接壤邊境的活躍分子，不要使用紅十字會會徽，因紅十字會並沒有參與委內瑞拉政府所指的美國政治宣傳。
