2005 Jean d'ALibert Cab. Sau. Vin de Pays D'Oc

今天和同事到數碼港的 Le Méridien 艾美酒店午飯，其中一位同事有一張免費的Wine Coupon，便點了一瓶酒店的House Wine。

2005 Jean D'Alibert Cabernet Sauvignon Vin de Pays D'Oc, South of France (Chantovent酒莊)

可能是酒店用酒的原故，開瓶後便可以即時飲用，無需「抖氣」。酒本身帶一點皮革和橡木味，果味一般，有點甜，但上算平衡，是一瓶很容易入口的葡萄酒，亦是日常用酒的好選擇。可惜不知價錢，市面上亦找不到！

Tasting Notes：Bright ruby colour. Intense, concentrated nose with aromas of pepper, vanilla and green peppers. The wine has a supple balance in the mouth, with subtle flavours of cloves, ginger and peppers. The tannins are well developed, giving the wine a feeling of fullness and smoothness.
