非漁護署指定露營地點 荔枝角公園搭營 冇許可隨時被趕

翻查康文署網站，荔枝角公園分開三期，公園範圍內嘅戶外設施都幾齊全，但就唔見有劃分營區嘅部份。署方回覆Kelly就話，如果營具只作短暫性遮蔽陽光之用，一般都是容許的，但過夜的話，就當然唔畀啦。
候任美孚北選區區議員的公民黨李俊晞Joshua接獲Kelly查詢之後，巡查過上址，話荔枝角公園辦事處無接獲有人喺遊樂場地內露營嘅投訴。Joshua補充，根據《遊樂場地規例》，任何人未得批准，都不能在康文署的公園遊樂場地內露營，今次事件反映公園規例不清晰，令市民容易誤觸法網。Kelly喺度提提大家，唔好以身試法啊！
漁護署網站寫明，根據《郊野公園及特別地區規例》，除非有總監批出嘅許可證，或者喺指定露營地點內，否則任何人不得在郊野公園或特別地區內露營或建立帳幕或臨時遮蔽處，否則違例會被趕走。而網站亦列出全港四十一個指定嘅露營地點，咁大家唔好四圍搭營啦。
