亞視居然將十一月的薪酬拖到今天仍未解決，新聞部更醞釀工業行動，這也算是這間老牌傳媒機構的哀歌。
由離開林氏家族手中開始，亞視一直風波不絕，先是查蔡相爭，然後王征加盟後，以完全內地思維和手法去管治，更日日精采。
搞一個電視台，最重要是誠意。由邱德根時代到林百欣王朝甚至封小平，無論賺錢或蝕本，在營運上都顯出無比誠意，武俠劇、時裝劇去到恐怖片，創意層出不窮，也不時給觀眾帶來驚喜。
知道不少近兩年亞視的營運故仔，為存忠厚不打算披露。但大家也可看出王征先生的營運誠意以及對電視的熱情如何。
當亞視已變成一件商品，但連美化或包裝的心機也欠奉。話賣就賣，實際上可賣些甚麼？反正牌照完結期也不遠，一如快要到期的窩輪，換不換正股？換到又有無前景？有興趣投資的，有時也摸不著頭腦。
苦了的是要開飯及養妻活兒的員工，他們繼續撐下去，全靠專業精神去緊守崗位。要向他們致敬。

The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
