某電視台捧某資深傳媒人之女做旅遊節目，有人狂踩，也有人讚得意。姑勿論在出鏡技巧和資料搜集上是否專業，抑或只是閒談式，但這節目的報道佔據了報紙及網上空間，也搶了近日缺水的弱勢台不少篇幅，贏的就是大台。
其實做節目最重要的是內容與主持人的風格，內容固然要正確及有趣，但如果主持人只做到背稿般的效果，毫不投入，又或明眼人一早看穿你不是那個範疇的材料，觀眾就難以有共鳴，主持人也因無法建立個人形象而難以聲名大噪。
個人風格其實很考人，就算技巧差甚至古怪，也可能受個別主事人支持，以及有喜歡另類的觀眾受落，就是所謂的「冤豬頭都有盟鼻菩薩」。不過太有個人風格有時也會累事，譬如在九六年歐洲國家盃，無論真路拿在熱刺表現如何優秀，簡東拿如何帶領曼聯在足總盃挫敗利物浦，但兩位世界級名將竟然不能入選法國國家隊，而法國隊最終也在英倫敗北，如此有個人風格的領隊積基特，當然被千夫所指。
