復興空難，從失事飛機路綫圖初步顯示，機師察覺飛機失控後，盡量避開高樓及電綫，雖然不幸殉職告終，但不但挽回部分乘客性命，也避免了釀成更大的慘劇，被封英雄，也實至名歸。
但整個不幸事件，由傳媒報道到台北新北兩市援難的反應，都是讚多過彈，就算仍有失蹤者未被發現，從傳媒報道中也看到搜救隊盡力去搜尋。而在大陸方面，大部分報道都是正面的，就算部份死者或失蹤者是大陸乘客，也並無過往的鼓躁。
我要讚賞今次由兩市到復興航空的公關團隊的災難應變技巧。其實為何其中引擎不轉動而引致空難，是整個空難的癥結，而且復興一年內已試過兩次空難，按理被口誅筆伐的機會不低，但公關團隊成功地將目光聚焦在機師的英勇將及搜救的迅速和有效率。加上兩市的市長也靈活變通，調動得宜，將一件可能千夫所指的悲劇，聚焦為一個英雄故事。
反觀發生在去年的兩件馬航事件的公關處理，算罷啦！

The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
