白禮達一如唐明皇，開元及天寶，前是勵精圖治，後是荒淫無道；而十七年白禮達在國際足協的管治，去到二零零六年還像樣，但二零一零南非世界盃已揭出不少問題，而經過美國不斷調查，先有兩名副會長被捕，而就算白禮達在一片噓聲之下憑非洲大量票數支持而當選，英國皇室及首相的嚴詞，再加上歐洲足協會長柏天尼的杯葛言論，而白禮達被查消息一爆出，他已無險可守，辭職是唯一出路。
國際足協從來也是小圈子玩意，也被人詬病了幾十年，涉在其中的人所參與的貪腐，不可勝數。而另一個機構有機會牽涉大量利益於其中而決定哪國主辦哪一年，大家都知道是哪個了。
以國際足協而言，二零一八俄羅斯及二零二二卡塔爾的決定是不會變的，但會搞成點，我倒有興趣放長雙眼睇。不過肯定的是就算攞到最好門票，都不用預我。
