政府機構不亂用公帑，預算十分之緊，但又要藝人去宣傳信息，經理人公司想谷新人，但商業機構要名氣和形象，新人未必用得著。政府無Budget，又有機構提供免費或推廣價的藝人，自然一拍即合。
政府機構有無替新人作「品格審查」或想清楚形象是否吻合甚至效果，我頗抱存疑。關及Jill被用作禁毒大使，當時已令不少人跌眼鏡，如今搞出日本的大頭佛，政府又如何將禁毒意識真真正正傳遞到年青一代？莫非一兩個娛樂版的訪問剪報，就算交了差嗎？
昨天李少光局長接受議員質詢有關禁毒大使在日涉嫌藏毒事件，表示不會承諾不選用藝人擔任禁毒大使。雖然一竹篙絕不能打一船人，但建議李局長應囑付下屬眼光要看遠些，找藝人要查清楚品格之餘，應考慮用形象健康，遠離煙毒的市民如知名人士和運動員等。
請范太、馬丁甚至鄭大班，這些公眾人物一言九鼎，更能起教育和振奮人心的作用。他們相信會義不容辭的！
