在八十年代後出生的一代，究竟對「磨鍊」二字如何演譯？我相信他們都知道不是在網上「磨」的意思。
鄧達智曾在某報發展一篇「天皇女星後繼無人」的文章，我也要談談馬圈天皇巨星也同樣後繼無人的道理。
除了過往在本欄講過七八十年代時，電視管理制度和大股東，製造了一個天時地利人和的場合，給某些人盡情發揮(同樣的機構也在九十年代電視節目造就了幾位現時的政壇名咀)，踏入廿一世紀，甚麼也不一樣。固然量化、專業帶來嚴緊的管理，但過分依賴所謂市場數據，以所謂民意(尤其網上)為主導，就令不少節目製作遇上困難，主持人無從發揮，甚至根本無得主持。
我相信若只憑網上不記名投票，o靚模可在電車男支持下擔任許多節目主持；我也相信網上不記名投票，許多頂級男星女星會被眨到一錢不值，甚至天才神童何凱琳也要成網絡欺凌對象。
新一輩的很快就可聲價百倍，不用「磨鍊」就平步青雲，水準何來？專業技術何來？最慘的是聲價十倍後，他們可能曳聲過別枝，不留在原本圈子或公司，枉廢公司一番栽培。這是專業管理人員委引以為戒的。

To express anything at all one must work untill one can say what one means in its entirety otherwise one will express a peer groups distrust and desire to avoid the issue. The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the

網上不記名投票 , 又或者網上討論區, 根本就是等同一個發洩區 . 有時, 我真不明白某報, 為何總是喜歡將討論區的所謂意見, 轉載到港聞版, 娛樂版, 馬版 .......說實在, 網民的意見, 真的是普羅大眾的意見嗎 ?
但願作為傳媒, 假如真的要聽取民意, 就不要偷懶, 只躲在互聯網的世界, 除非你很了解香港網民的心態 !
