一句到尾，澳洲賽馬局以為自己一家獨大，又無政治觸覺，公關技巧更拙劣，結果搞到威信盡失。
實施二百米限打三鞭前，當局根本諮詢業界不足，只是一面倒聽彼邦動物權益組織之詞。老實說，我在澳洲生活十一年，該團體不單矯枉過正，他們心底裏甚至覺得賽馬活動應完全停止，早前幾乎叫停維多利亞省跳欄賽已是匪夷所思，如今賽馬局只聽極少數的意見就決定立例，難怪騎師、練馬師、馬主、育馬者全部怒吼。
咁都未算，岳禮華、白布朗兩位名將已苦苦相勸，但該局主席向傳媒發出聲明時的氣燄和霸氣，實在令人氣憤，難怪騎師立即罷工以示抗議，就算賽馬局立即改例，改為一百米打七鞭，但箇中仍有漏洞，終於在業界再群起攻擊之下，改為一百米內任打，兼且有上訴基制。不過就算問題暫時解決，澳洲賽馬局的主席和總裁一朝英名盡喪，這是無法彌補的。

The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
