Manager - Project Management (Architecture, station in Shenyang)

Responsibilities:

·             Responsible for project and on-site coordination of sizable projects include hotel, residential, commercial, service apartment and convention centre from feasibility studies to construction works detailing.  Demonstrate general knowledge of architectural documentation, diagramming, massing, building and development cost estimation in China. Collaborate and be committed to finding innovative solutions to old and new challenges, particularly in China.

Requirements:

·             Degree in Architecture with professional qualification;

·             Minimum 5 years experience in building core design with multiple zones office building projects, design development, architectural documentation, and detailing on a wide variety of projects;

·             PRC experience would be an advantage;
