這些愚人的片段當然會令不少人受騙，尤其是國內根本不知我們康文署署長的模樣，用個名一樣便搞掂，求其過到骨便算。
馬會選擇報警十分正確，但網站和片段均在香港以外的Server，也無法禁止片段全世界流傳，相信警方也無可奈何。我亦相信馬會亦只能透過他們在內地的網絡和在內地可以落地的香港傳媒，盡量通知國人不要上當。
