周日晚將出發去澳洲，與有線18台攝製隊在布里斯本匯合，共同製作一個澳洲昆士蘭省冬季嘉年華的節目，在六七月間以特輯形式播出。今次可算是賽馬深度遊，除了大家預期看到的拍賣會及一級大賽外，我們會走訪多個牧場，探望幾匹現已轉為種馬的香港名駒。我們還會訪問彼邦馬會主席和市長，二人都是資深育馬者，而賽馬部長亦會闡述政府對賽馬業的協助。
其實賽馬又豈只是博彩？真正享受賽馬樂趣的朋友，也一定會喜歡旅途上的風光和美食，所以在這個節目中，有關昆士蘭的旅遊及投資等元素亦少不了，此外，我們還可從黃金海岸市長口中得悉全省及各大城市的未來發展概念。
甚麼潮飲潮食，可能是某些旅遊節目的賣點，但主持人對當地有多少認識，大家都心中有數。今次將是一個「深度遊」式的節目，相信日後仍陸續有來。
