城鎮化指標利基建建材股

        上周兩會結束，中共中央、國務院隨即印發《國家新型城鎮化規劃（2014－2020年）》（下稱《規劃》）。《規劃》訂立明確的量化指標，須在2014年至2020年有序實行城鎮化，推進農業轉移人口市民化。到2020年，常住人口城鎮化率及戶籍人口城鎮化率要分別提升至60%及45%左右，即六年內實現超過1億人口進城落戶。

        目前中國常住人口城鎮化率及戶籍人口城鎮化率為分別53.7%及36%左右，遠低於發達國家的80%城鎮化平均水平。《規劃》背後的意義是為使中國全面建成小康社會，通過轉移農業勞動力以帶動農民在城市就業創業，從而增加農民收入，擴大城鎮消費群體，進而提升消費需求，推動國家長遠經濟發展。

        城鎮化還將帶動住房中長期實質需求。儘管內房調控並非國家今年的首要目標，但因內地不斷傳來資金緊張的消息，不利按揭購房，因而對一眾房產企業銷售表現帶來一定影響。反而政府推動社會保障房建設，加快完善各地交通網絡及一般基礎配套設施等，將有助帶動建材及基建相關的板塊，因此從事水泥生產、鐵路建設、列車製造等業務的企業尤其受惠，大家不妨留意相關股份，趁低吸納候收成。
