歐通脹低企經濟復甦慢

        歐央行剛於本月宣佈延長資產購買計劃至2017年3月，並進一步降存款利率0.1%，雖然結果未如市場預期般增加資產購買規模，但卻反映歐央行對未來經濟轉趨正面，當中預料歐羅區低通脹的狀況會隨着未來油價回升而改善。近期歐洲經濟增速加快，歐羅區PMI升至4個月高，德國繼續擔當歐洲經濟火車頭，同時意大利及西班牙增速明顯加快。

        此外，最新的歐洲央行季度銀行貸款調查顯示，銀行於第三季度繼續放寬信貸條件，且企業和家庭的借貸需求強勁，反映了歐洲QE有效刺激區內借貸活動，有利歐企盈利增長。預料在QE持續下，歐羅低企及明年美國經濟保持向好，將繼續刺激歐洲出口，歐股有望受經濟基本面及歐企盈利持續改善的因素帶動，跑贏其他成熟市場。

        油價後市未見樂觀

        然而，歐洲經濟仍有隱憂，其中油價走勢仍充斥着不確定因素，油組仍堅決不減產，反映油價仍有下跌機會，這意味歐洲通脹短期內難以改善，阻礙歐羅區通脹達至2%的目標，在通脹仍未顯著改善下，預料歐洲經濟復甦仍相當緩慢。
