歐央行擴量寬勢在必行

        歐羅區第三季國內生產總值（GDP）按季增長放緩，連續兩季出現回落，主要受累於出口倒退，反映新興市場需求減弱為歐洲帶來負面影響。當中德國及意大利第三季GDP增速均遜於上一季，但法國卻成為增長亮點，GDP按季增0.3%，優於上季的零增長，主因受到家庭消費及商業投資回升所帶動。

        然而，好消息過後巴黎卻再次遭受恐襲。自今年1月《查理周報》事件後，巴黎感覺已不再安全，法國與穆斯林移民的問題受到廣泛關注。正當事件逐漸被淡忘及法國經濟重拾動力之際，這次更大規模的恐襲，令剛暫露復甦苗頭的法國經濟再次蒙上陰影。

        事件短期對法國旅遊業衝擊較大，消費品、奢侈品、航運及酒店業首當其衝，同時亦影響本地消費者信心及企業投資意欲，令帶動法國經濟回暖的主要動力遭到削弱。另外，恐襲後法國政府勢必在反恐措施上增加開支，將為政府帶來更多財政壓力。惟相信事件將增加歐洲央行於12月加大量寬規模及進一步降息的預期，加上第三季歐羅區經濟轉弱，預料下月加推量寬勢在必行。
