上兩週在外國的好馬於大賽期空群出賽，這個周末只得兩駒在鄉鎮上陣，算是點綴一下。
老實說，我可不願意見到馬兒只在大賽期後的普通賽事上陣，大家都知道在外國不同地方有不同大賽期，手持佳駟的話，就跟着嘉年華大賽走。
這幾年算是有點小運氣，接連四年在金拖鞋大賽日在玫瑰崗有馬上陣，二○一一及一二年是「好好境」，在三級賽玉泉錦標跑第三及二級賽杜樂錦標跑第七，二○一三年是「大勇士」(玉泉錦標落第)，而今年是「高山遠景」在杜樂錦標跑第四；昆士蘭省的打比日，「媽閣前地」先後在一一年跑一級賽湯美史密夫錦標及一二年跑昆士蘭打比；一三年維省打比日則由「浪濤洶湧」掛帥跑打比，「勝威旺」之女Star Fashion則跑二級賽。
下次參戰的大賽日是何時？先是四月廿六日的大澳洲橡樹，Star Fashion挑戰一級賽；接著是五月三日南澳打比，「浪濤洶湧」第三次挑戰一級賽榮譽。至於「好好計」，留在香港衛冕短途盃！
