中央出招推動內地經濟

        於5月份，「李克強指數」的三大指標，即電量、鐵路貨運量和銀行貸款發放量，均有所回升，反映中央「微刺激」政策逐漸發揮作用。李克強早前發表言論表示，今年可保中國GDP增速7.5%，且經濟不會硬着陸，表明其對經濟前景感到樂觀。

        過去中國一直依賴投資刺激經濟增長，但近期房地產持續放緩為經濟增速帶來阻礙。今年1至5月，房地產投資增長創下近四年以來新低。為了穩增長，中央早前推出增加基建投資的微調政策，帶動1至5月基礎設施投資按年增25%，正好抵銷房地產投資放緩的影響，顯示中央政策正通過有效引導經濟產業轉移，達至穩增長的目的。

        房地產業下滑會直接影響銀行及地方政府的財政健康，相信中國為了保持穩定增長，不會輕易讓行業崩盤。預期中央在調整結構的同時，會繼續推行「微刺激」政策，扶持房地產健康發展。

        展望今年，內地經濟會持續溫和向上。現時中國股市預期市盈率為10倍左右，大幅下行風險有限，投資者可趁近日A股回調時，伺機買入A股ETF或中國股票基金，作中長線部署。
