退休金改革撐起日股

        日本最新第二季GDP按年大幅萎縮6.8%，顯示經濟增長明顯受到4月上調消費稅拖累。然而，市場對經濟數據不為所動，日股依然維持升勢。安倍的「第三支箭」已於6月正式公佈，包括下調企業稅及擴大政府退休金（GPIF）的買股比例等，令市場憧憬方案有利日企盈利增長，及預期資金將大舉湧入股市下，引發日股重新受到環球投資者的追捧。日股在5月份開始已連續3個月錄得增長，與經濟增長相違背。

        GPIF的提案近期最受市場關注，因這將對日股的表現帶來最直接的效果。日本GPIF為全球最大的退休基金，投資策略保守，當中只有12%投資分配為日股，而超過6成為債券，在通脹日漸正常化下，現時的投資策略顯得不合時宜。GPIF的改革有望將投資日股的比率提升到20%，而實質計劃的詳情及運作，還有待9月才有定案。

        一旦落實了相關的投資分配，預料會逐漸吸引其他日本大型養老金管理機構跟隨，因此雖然日本經濟增長勢頭仍然疲弱，但受到未來強大的資金支持，日股未來表現仍值得留意。
