四中全會臨近提振市場

        匯豐中國9月製造業（PMI）初值回升至50.5，勝市場預期，反映中國製造業仍緩慢擴張。受惠於環球經濟復甦，國外需求帶動新出口定單指數改善，顯示現時出口為中國增長的主要動力。然而，就業指數及出廠價格下跌，反映內需疲弱，當中房地產業下滑亦拖累工業需求。

        數據凸顯中國經濟下行風險仍在，中央在房產業萎縮下，需擴大固定投資及內需，才能穩定經濟增長，不然，中國經濟只能任由外圍變化牽着鼻子走。

        中國現時正積極推動內需，當中包括扶持旅業改革及提速發展體育產業，以達刺激消費、擴大內需及就業的目的。而為求穩增長，中央在過去持續加大固定資產投資，包括加快棚戶區改造、加強鐵路建設等，均有利緩衝房產業下滑的影響。此外，人行亦於9月向五大銀行實施5000億元常備借貸便利操作，以引導利率下降，扶植經濟增長。

        展望第三、四季，受人行定向放寬貨幣政策及微刺激扶持下，預料中國經濟續緩慢擴張，且10月的四中全會臨近，市場憧憬中央會有更多維穩政策推出，屆時或會提振市場。
