周五我會去仁川一趟，今次是以香港殘疾人奧委會執行委員身分，與健兒們一起踏上亞殘運的征途。
一共有一百四十多運動員，再加醫療及行政團隊，大軍超過二百人，角逐十四個項目。熱門項目如輪椅劍擊、硬地滾球、乒乓球及田徑等。我們固然精英雲集，但今年加入划艇，輪椅舞蹈等，一樣有特色，而且自二零一二年倫敦殘奧會部分弱智人士項目重歸殘奧大家庭，今年仁川亞殘運亦不例外，相信對港隊爭取好成績有更大幫助。
上周日已在鑽石山荷里活廣場舉行誓師大會，獲市民熱烈支持。上屆廣州亞運因為接近香港，所以我大部分時間都留守廣州協助宣傳推廣及發布新聞。今屆我則會去上半場，由開幕禮去到下周二，希望到時已有部分項目如硬滾、輪椅劍擊以及田徑的捷報傳來香港。
不要以為我們好得閒，仁川地大，穿梭各場館交通已不方便(這是亞運時部分人士告訴我的)，而是否像廣州亞殘運般有專車通道又或大會頻密接送，還是未知數。總之去到仁川是做義工，輔助港隊圓夢。

To express anything at all one must work untill one can say what one means in its entirety otherwise one will express a peer groups distrust and desire to avoid the issue. The bottom line is to study practical, basic, fundemental, primary, ground level technicalities of domestic level to know for sure one is known for sure and this aspect goes far and beyond the experience of the
