安倍「女性經濟學」計錯數

        安倍自2012年上任後，積極推行大膽的經濟改革措施「三支箭」，以求扭轉過去長期低迷的經濟，當中更提倡「女性經濟學」，希望促進更多女性投入勞動市場，以彌補人口加速老化造成勞工短缺的問題，為日本未來經濟帶來可持續的增長。為表決心，安倍於9月內閣改組計劃中，率先加入5名女性閣員，以帶頭為「女性經濟學」設榜樣。然而，不到兩個月，兩女閣員包括經濟產業大臣小淵優子及法務大臣松島綠，相繼因政治醜聞下台，不但令「女性經濟學」計劃遭受打擊，並動搖了安倍執政根基，對未來政策推行及經濟發展，增添了不穩定性。

        然而，展望短期後市，預料日股仍具上升動力。雖然日股近月大幅回落，但隨着日本政府退休金投資基金（GPIF）改革方案漸趨明朗化，消息指當局將快落實日股投資比例由12%提高至25%，屆時將有大批資金湧入股市。此外，日本低通脹問題持續，仍未達到官方目標水平，市場預料日本央行或於年終加推量寬，加上聯儲局很可能於本月結束買債，因此日圓下跌壓力仍在，能為日股帶來支持。
