繼蕭百君父子幾年前收購牧場，並命名為松柏牧場之後，多位香港馬主也視澳洲為投資機會。報紙大肆報道過潘蘇通買了希斯家族的南澳洲舊靈犀地段，改為高銀牧場，並將「事事為王」運往配種，更買了幾十匹雌馬交配。柳宇亦透過昆士蘭省投資署建議，買了訓練場Washpool Lodge，而今天在澳洲新聞亦大篇幅報導，已故投資大亨馮景禧之子馮永祥，今日正式收購柏天勒牧場昆士蘭的訓練基地。
當然蕭氏父子愛馬兼熟悉賽馬投資，松柏牧場營運模式不會改變，但其他會否有地產項目配合發展，大家不妨拭目以待。
