亞視之死，死在中港台企業不能融合。
不要說亞視不能營運，也不應說投資亞視是填氹。邱德根先生時代，劇集有口碑，營運有盈餘，去到林百欣先生，就算駛凸錢，也贏來觀眾掌聲，搞賽馬亞視盃日有聲有色，亞視藝員和節目上娛樂版，一樣不讓無線專美，還有不少好劇集及好娛樂節目，就算不能與千帆並舉時代比較，也贏不少口碑。換句話說，是笑蝕。
亞視衰落是劉長樂封小平時代開始，企業文化開始由港式管治轉為內地式管治，節目口味開始以內地客為主打，本地收視率自然不如前。而企業方向轉變，令大將星散。而且大家知道邱林時代，兩位老闆都是落手落腳親力親為。而劉封卻另有宏圖大生意，亞視只是旁枝，資源就在監管不力之下流失。
而到查、蔡、王時代，這個組合，性格不同，風格不同，同檯食飯相信也談不到一個小時，更何況做生意？結果將亞視及員工擺了上檯，為啖氣而搞到今天局面。老實說，生意人我見得多，這樣的手法，倒是個新教材！
