反而香港才是內地賽馬發展的先導者和命脈。內地要發展賽馬，任由各省市自由發揮是行不通的。若中央體委能借鏡香港賽馬會的營運模式，由香港去輔助整個賽馬未來發展的規畫，讓壞分子遠離馬圈，才是最好的方法。
賽馬業若能中央集權，從而建立宏觀制度，不致每省每市各自為政，將有助於中國賽馬業獲國際認同，而若上述事宜是由香港協助和統籌，則更有國際認受性。
大家可以密切留意未來兩三年內地的賽馬發展，相信會愈來愈精采。
