日圓料弱勢未改

        近期環球股市大幅波動，人民幣暴力貶值及中國經濟進一步轉弱，引發環球憂慮中國經濟下滑或引發另一場金融風暴。環球恐慌情緒急升，日圓重新發揮避險作用，且股市波動加速低息日圓套息平倉，資金大量流入日圓推高匯率，美元兌日圓一度下挫至116，令市場大感意外。

        然而，相信日圓強勢只屬短暫，因低日圓政策為安倍經濟學的一大要點，日圓轉強不利日本出口，將削弱安倍經濟學的成效。如中國經濟持續惡化，美國聯儲局很可能延遲加息，日圓將進一步轉強勢，但日本低通脹持續，仍未能達至央行2%的目標，且7月開始油價顯著回落，令日本通脹很可能重回負增長，因此日本未來或有加大量寬規模的需要，令日圓又再轉弱。

        環球股市經過數日調整後出現反彈，加上美國經濟數據繼續向好，稍為緩和了市場的悲觀情緒，令美元對日圓重返120水平。短期來看，環球股市繼續動盪將左右日圓走勢，但中長期預料日圓弱勢不變，投資者如投資日本股債，應繼續造好匯率風險管理。
