巴西經濟復甦遇阻

        美國今年加息的機會大減，刺激新興市場股市十月出現反彈。然而，新興市場經濟基本面仍然薄弱，相信反彈無以為繼。巴西經濟委靡不振，受到走資、貨幣大貶及商品價格下挫影響令經濟陷入困境。GDP年增長率已連續五季出現負數，而且在通脹率居高不下，限制央行實施寬鬆貨幣政策刺激經濟。

        另外，零售銷售數據持續下跌，反映內需疲弱，未能抵銷商品價格下滑對經濟的衝擊。再者，巴西財赤日益嚴重，早前標普更將巴西的主權債務評級降至垃圾級；加上現時巴西出現政治危機，預期短期難以扭轉劣勢。由於美國加息的機會仍在，新興市場未來走資風險還未消除，加上中國經濟繼續放緩，人民幣仍有貶值風險，或會再次拖累新興市場貨幣進一步走跌。

        此外，未來美元強勢不利油價回升，加上環球經濟疲弱，未來油價難以大升。因此，外圍因素不利巴西經濟復甦，而且受制於內在宏觀因素，令央行實行刺激經濟政策受阻，短期經濟前景仍不樂觀。
