上週日,當我聽到whtney houston在家中逝世的消息,心裡感到難過,一代歌后從籍簡無名,繼而走上事業高峰,繼而吸毒,繼而與丈夫離婚,事業一落千丈,兩年前的一個演出,失場與走音,更令人大失所望,她本計劃今年復出,可惜傳來這個消息後,不少歌迷感到難過,但她所唱的歌依然存留人間,以下這首歌是我比較喜歡的一首.因為在小學時聽陳百強唱的中文版已經喜歡,及後再聽英文版,原唱水準非常好,原來真正的原唱者就是她.不如聽聽她的英文版.

今天閱報時偶爾看到陳敏兒小姐的專欄,並將這歌歌詞譯成中文,不如聽聽她的感受.
最偉大的愛

近日反覆重溫Whitney的《Greatest love of all》，當中有許多對父母的提醒：「兒童是我們的未來，讓我們好好教養他們，培育他們過獨立自主的人生，啟發他們用心體驗世間上的美

麗事物，培養他們的自尊感去面對人生挑戰。孩子們的笑聲提醒我們兒時是如何走過來的。想尋覓可以崇拜的英雄；卻總是找不着一位能滿足我的，於是，我學會了要信靠我自己，不再為別人而活，無論成敗，至少我活出了自己的信念。別人縱或掠走我的一切；卻無法奪去我的尊嚴。因為，我已找到了世上最偉大的愛，那就是—愛我自己！」

諷刺的是，Whitney縱有輝煌成就；卻不懂得愛自己，糟蹋天賦的歌聲，斷送美好的前程，摧毀可貴的生命。她是否以為愛自己就是做自己愛做的事？愛自己是好好去保護自己，不容別人去支配自己的生命。各位父母，你願意培養孩子能夠不為別人而活，不計較成敗，活出自主的人生嗎？那你願意放開他的小手，不事事為他作主嗎？

我好喜歡其中一句歌詞,想知怎愛旁人　先懂得愛自己,懂得怎愛惜你　至稱得上最真的愛.不只是小朋友,成年人都有問題,不懂愛別人,也不懂愛自己,正如,在十多年前'洛神'一劇中曹操教大兒子曹丕做大事必須按自己的原則去做,,要不然你會一事無成,希望你們能懂得愛惜自己,別要whitney和danny一樣,因一時之氣而走上不能自拔的道路.
